The bridge development in Kayu Putih Urban Village and Rawamangun Urban Village, Pulogadung Sub-district, East Jakarta has touched 48 percent.

This bridge as long as 15.5 meters with 1.75 meters width is only for access by citizens on foot, instead of the motorized vehicles.

"We have entered the steel beam installation stage and is targeted for completion in early December," expressed East Jakarta Bina Marga Sub-department Head, Muhammad Soleh, Thursday (11/14).

Kayu Putih Urban Village Head Artika Ristiana uttered the bridge is made as a follow up to the citizens' proposal in such villages through the Musrenbang.

"It is built to facilitate locals from RW 05 Rawamangun towards Jalan Bangunan Timur Raya, Kayu Putih or vice versa," she told.
